Why Certification?
Now entering our fourth year of certification, an expanded schedule of four certification courses will be presented in conjunction with NewmarketPLUS 2010 to meet your training needs. Be sure to reserve your space early as class sizes are limited and spaces will fill quickly.
Please note that all certification courses will be held at a training facility located a short distance from the ARIA Resort & Casino. For those individuals staying within the group hotel guest room block, transportation will be provided.
Please note that Newmarket International reserves the right to cancel certification courses if minimum class registrations are not received. In the event of such cancellation, registrants will be notified a minimum of thirty days prior to the course and full refunds will be granted.
The Certified Daylight Key Operator (CDKO) course is designed to help Key Operators perform their daily responsibilities more effectively. This certification course will teach you how to change, add and maintain your property information, including items such as guest rooms, function rooms, market segments, industry codes, event type and forecast values. All aspects of document and report writing are covered as well as advanced reporting capabilities. Creating UDF panel and fields, hiding, renaming, and making fields mandatory will be taught. All the tools you need to practice good database maintenance will also be covered.
Course Fee: $1,295 includes three days of instructor-led, hands-on training and one opportunity to take the course exam.

Also, learn the top five ways to effectively capture business opportunities and revenue management for sales managers. The course will also discuss how you can get the most information from specific reports that have a great impact for sales managers.

As a Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst (CNSA) you will be qualified and confident in your ability to manage Delphi - the most important resource used by your sales and catering teams. The first step is to gain an understanding of the configuration options available in Setup, how they work with other areas of the software, and how to pull the information into the reports you need. Whether you work with Delphi Select, Single-Property, Multi-Property, or Global Sales Edition, you will be able to build the system best suited for your organization's business processes, train your team to use it, maintain the health of the database, and produce meaningful reports.
